If you're a Full Season or 20-Game Plan Member and can't make it to a regular-season home game, don't worry! You can exchange your tickets for a new game date up until the scheduled start time of the original game. Plus, you get to choose your seat location for the new game and can even transfer the tickets to a friend or family member. Just remember that once you transfer your tickets, those seats become available for public purchase.

And if you need to exchange your tickets again, no problem! You can re-exchange tickets that you've previously exchanged. If you're not sure which game you want to exchange them for yet, you can exchange the season tickets you're not planning to use for the last game listed in your ticket plan. This will be a placeholder game, not a real game date, so you can re-exchange your tickets anytime you're ready.

If you have printed Full Season or 20-Game Plan tickets, you can exchange your unused tickets at The Zone during their regular business hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 11 am - 4 pm, and on game days from 11 am until 1 hour after the end of the game.

Season ticket members can purchase additional tickets starting one week prior to the public ticket on sale (date TBD). The quick/easy way to purchase your add-on tickets is online through your Griffins ticket account. This method will allow you to quickly select among the best seats available and make your purchase at your discounted, season ticket price (note that a small fee is assessed by our ticket systems provider). Simply log into your Griffins Ticket Manager and click BUY TICKETS.

You can also purchase your additional tickets through your Griffins rep. (fee free) when contacting them during regular business hours.

As a Full Season Member, you're in for a treat - you're guaranteed to receive FOUR giveaways on designated game nights, no matter what time you arrive at the arena. You can pick up your giveaways inside the Season Ticket Club, on the concourse behind Section 110, or at Guest Services once the puck drops. The dates for this season's guaranteed giveaways can be found on this HQ webpage.

Just a friendly reminder: to guarantee a giveaway item for pick-up, you must be present at the arena on the night of the giveaway and show your season ticket (either printed or mobile). Unfortunately, tickets generated from unused ticket exchanges will not be accepted, as we go by the number of season seats you have.

Yes! If you contact your Griffins representative before the game, they will be happy to reserve the giveaway item for you that night - so long as that game was included in your membership plan with us. However, please make this type of request several days/hours in advance of game time to allow your representative enough time to facilitate your request. The 2-3 hours leading up to the game are typically busy for all Griffins staff. Although we will do our best to fulfill giveaway requests made after the game, we cannot guarantee it. Thank you for your understanding!

We highly recommend that all Griffins season ticket members add updates@email.griffinshockey.com to their email's safe senders list so they'll continue to receive our Griffins Exclusive email updates containing valuable information regarding your membership. Your Griffins rep will also be sending you frequent reminders via email and sometimes text and phone calls.

As a qualifying Full Season or 20-Game Plan member, your AHLTV Away Access should now be activated on your AHLTV account. If you created an AHLTV account last season; you are set to follow the five steps below. If not, you'll need to follow the account set-up steps outlined here.

To confirm if the access has been activated, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your account at AHLTV.com
2. Click “Schedule”
3. Click on any GRIFFINS Away game
4. Click the “+” button
5. You should see a “Play with Away Audio” button

If you do not see a “Play with Away Audio” button, then your account has not been activated or you have not yet opened an AHLTV account with the email address we have on file.

If you have not yet opened an AHLTV account, you can sign up at AHLTV.com using the same email you have on account with us.

New AHLTV accounts are activated each night, so we suggest checking back tomorrow. If your free access is still not activated after 24 hours of opening an AHLTV account, please reach out to your Griffins rep to confirm the email address on file.

Please note that your AHLTV account will show “free access” rather than “subscription.” As long as there is a “Play with Away Audio” button when you click on GRIFFINS Away games, you are all set.

Starting in September, The Zone will be open for business Tuesday-Saturday, 11 am-4 pm and on game days from 11 am until one hour after the end of the game.

Located on the concourse behind The Zone merchandise kiosk, all FULL SEASON MEMBERS have access to the Gun Lake Casino VIP Lounge which offers free popcorn, TV viewing of the game, or other sporting events, and a private bar. You MUST show your season ticket for entry.

Full/20/10 season ticket members can enjoy an exclusive "members only" concession line inside the Season Ticket Member Club, located on the concourse behind Section 110.

As a Full Season or 20-Game Member, you can enter Van Andel Arena early through designated entrances at the front of the arena off Fulton Street. You may pass through the turnstiles 15 minutes before they open to the public, giving you first access to giveaways and concession specials.

If you prefer to arrive early, you can wait inside the lobby until the turnstiles open to members. This can be done up to 90 minutes before the game begins by using the ADA entry doors located to the right of the arena's main entrance. However, if you prefer arriving closer to game time, we recommend using the exterior member entrance (located on the far left of the arena's main entrance) to avoid the crowds at the main entry points.

Please note that Van Andel Arena has implemented a No Bag policy. Bags, backpacks, or purses are not allowed, except for those necessary for medical or parenting purposes. Small clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" will be allowed. Security personnel will screen medical/essential bags. Individuals with parenting/medical bags must go through additional security screening at the ADA entrance located to the right of the arena's main entrance.

Full-season ticket members have the option of presenting their ID Badge (if they ordered one) or their mobile/printed season ticket. Partial plan members are asked to present their mobile/printed tickets. Please note that additional tickets that were issued through our unused ticket exchange and/or bonus ticket exchange programs are not valid forms of member ID.
